mot bien tourn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mais soyons honn\u00eates : <strong>ce n\u2019est plus vraiment le sujet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vos \u00e9quipes, votre entourage \u2014 et vous-m\u00eame sans doute \u2014 attendent <strong>autre chose<\/strong>\u00a0: davantage de lien, de pr\u00e9sence, de reconnaissance.<\/p>\n<p>Ce mois-ci, j\u2019ai eu envie de creuser cette nuance. Pas seulement parce que c\u2019est la p\u00e9riode, mais aussi parce qu\u2019elle renvoie \u00e0 des enjeux plus profonds : La place de l\u2019individu dans le collectif, sa marge de man\u0153uvre, ses besoins, ses limites,<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont des questions <strong>que notre \u00e9poque nous tend, presque brutalement<\/strong>, entre r\u00e9seaux sociaux satur\u00e9s, \u00e9conomie en transition et guerre \u00e0 nos portes.<br \/>\nDes questions professionnelles certes, mais aussi <strong>universelles, presque existentielles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a tombe bien.<br \/>\nJe suis formatrice, consultante, mais aussi \u2014 et surtout \u2014 <strong>logoth\u00e9rapeute<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEt je crois profond\u00e9ment que <strong>la reconnaissance<\/strong> n\u2019est pas un \u00ab\u00a0soft skill\u00a0\u00bb, mais une <strong>cl\u00e9 de survie relationnelle<\/strong>, une <strong>boussole int\u00e9rieure<\/strong>, une <strong>force collective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Alors, comme d\u2019habitude, vous retrouverez quelque TIPS \u00a0pour faire \u00e9voluer votre posture et pour reconna\u00eetre vos \u00e9quipes.<\/p>\n<p>En miroir de cette r\u00e9flexion, le portrait de Camille Claudel nous rappelle que le talent, la puissance, le g\u00e9nie ne prennent pleinement forme que <strong>s\u2019ils rencontrent un regard pour les reconna\u00eetre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bonne class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>C\u2019est la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 la question se pose : <strong>comment remercier ses \u00e9quipes ?<\/strong> Et ces deux verbes, <em>r\u00e9compenser<\/em> et <em>reconna\u00eetre<\/em>, semblent parfois \u00eatre de parfaits synonymes.<br \/>\nAh oui\u2026 mais non \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n<p>Le verbe <strong>r\u00e9compenser<\/strong> signifie accorder une contrepartie \u00e0 quelqu\u2019un qui a fourni un effort, un service ou r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une action.<br \/>\nLe verbe <strong>reconna\u00eetre<\/strong>, lui, va plus loin : il s\u2019agit d\u2019<strong>admettre une valeur, un statut, un m\u00e9rite\u2026 ou simplement une pr\u00e9sence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Vous percevez la nuance ?<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9compenser, c\u2019est s\u2019int\u00e9resser \u00e0 ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>fait<\/strong>. Reconna\u00eetre, c\u2019est consid\u00e9rer <strong>qui est l\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sont des poup\u00e9es russes : on peut reconna\u00eetre en r\u00e9compensant, mais <strong>r\u00e9compenser sans reconna\u00eetre<\/strong>, c\u2019est souvent passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019essentiel.<br \/>\nEt c\u2019est l\u00e0 que le danger guette.<\/p>\n<p>Une prime, un bonus, une carte cadeau : ces gestes sont parfois per\u00e7us comme <strong>purement transactionnels<\/strong>. Pire encore, ils peuvent devenir attendus, presque \u00ab\u202facquis\u202f\u00bb, et donc perdre leur effet.<br \/>\nSans lien, sans sens, la r\u00e9compense devient un outil de pilotage\u2026 sans \u00e2me.<\/p>\n<p>La reconnaissance, elle, est d\u2019un autre ordre.<br \/>\nElle touche \u00e0 la <strong>valeur intrins\u00e8que<\/strong> de la personne, \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle est, et non pas seulement \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle produit. Elle nourrit la relation, la dignit\u00e9, le sentiment d\u2019appartenance.<br \/>\nC\u2019est une <strong>relation de sujet \u00e0 sujet<\/strong>, et non un \u00e9change de type \u00ab\u202fservice contre avantage\u202f\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Et c\u2019est ce lien \u2013 fragile, mais vital \u2013 que beaucoup de jeunes collaborateurs r\u00e9clament aujourd\u2019hui. Parfois avec col\u00e8re, parfois sans les mots justes. Mais toujours avec cette id\u00e9e en toile de fond : <em>\u00ab je ne suis pas reconnu.e comme une personne unique dans cet espace \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Du point de vue de l\u2019<strong>entropie organisationnelle<\/strong>, une entreprise qui pratique la reconnaissance de mani\u00e8re sinc\u00e8re et structurelle <strong>r\u00e9duit le d\u00e9sordre interne<\/strong> : moins de turn-over, moins de d\u00e9sengagement, moins de tensions diffuses.<br \/>\nElle devient un lieu o\u00f9 l\u2019on se sent <strong>vu, utile, et reli\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un management \u00e9clair\u00e9, <strong>reconna\u00eetre<\/strong>, c\u2019est dire : <em>\u00ab je te vois tel que tu es \u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nEt pas seulement : <em>\u00ab je te donne parce que tu fais \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Attention reconna\u00eetre n\u2019est pas tout valider\u00a0! Si le remerciement est une base de d\u00e9part, votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dire ce qui n\u2019est pas conforme ou recevable, votre exigence \u00e0 rappeler le cadre, les contraintes, les enjeux, est aussi une marque de reconnaissance, de respect de la dignit\u00e9 de l\u2019autre\u00a0! [c\u2019est aussi un sujet pr\u00e9gnant dans nos entreprises\u00a0! Promis, ce sera l\u2019objet d\u2019une prochaine lettre d\u2019info]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mais alors\u2026 pourquoi est-ce si difficile de reconna\u00eetre ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019abord, parce qu\u2019il est facile de croire que \u00ab\u202fr\u00e9compenser\u202f\u00bb suffit, et plus d\u00e9licat d\u2019oser pratiquer la reconnaissance dans sa vraie profondeur.<br \/>\nSouvent, c\u2019est simplement une ignorance : on ne per\u00e7oit pas la diff\u00e9rence entre les deux m\u00e9canismes.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il y a aussi une crainte relationnelle : celle d\u2019entrer dans un terrain jug\u00e9 trop \u00ab\u202faffectif\u202f\u00bb, qui risquerait de brouiller la relation hi\u00e9rarchique.<br \/>\nOr, avec de la conscience et de la vigilance, cet \u00e9cueil est parfaitement \u00e9vitable.<\/p>\n<p>Plus en profondeur encore, un autre frein surgit : la relation \u00e0 soi, et \u00e0 l\u2019autre en tant qu\u2019\u00eatre unique.<br \/>\nCar reconna\u00eetre, c\u2019est avant tout une posture, et cette posture suppose deux choses :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 deux facettes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 \u2013 Se reconna\u00eetre soi-m\u00eame<br \/>\nComment reconna\u00eetre la valeur d\u2019un autre si l\u2019on doute de la sienne ?<br \/>\nQuand on n\u2019est pas connect\u00e9 \u00e0 ses ressources, \u00e0 ses forces, \u00e0 sa singularit\u00e9, il devient difficile \u2013 voire mena\u00e7ant \u2013 de valider celles de quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre.<br \/>\nPeut-\u00eatre avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu cette situation : vous exprimez votre talent, votre expertise, et l\u2019autre semble incapable de le reconna\u00eetre. Comme si cela lui co\u00fbtait. Comme si cela le diminuait.<\/p>\n<p>2 \u2013 Reconna\u00eetre l\u2019autre comme un \u00eatre, et non une fonction<br \/>\nQuand on r\u00e9duit un collaborateur \u00e0 son r\u00f4le ou \u00e0 sa fonction, il devient un simple rouage, un profil, une comp\u00e9tence. Une pi\u00e8ce du puzzle.<br \/>\nDans cette vision, pas de place pour la reconnaissance v\u00e9ritable : il n\u2019y a que de la production.<\/p>\n<p>Reconna\u00eetre, c\u2019est tout l\u2019inverse : c\u2019est voir la personne derri\u00e8re le poste, et ce qu\u2019elle apporte de profond\u00e9ment humain au collectif. Et si cela n\u2019est pas visible d\u2019embl\u00e9e, alors le r\u00f4le du manager est de cr\u00e9er les conditions pour que cela \u00e9merge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019agilit\u00e9 comme levier de reconnaissance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est l\u00e0 que l\u2019agilit\u00e9 manag\u00e9riale prend tout son sens :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>changer de posture,<\/li>\n<li>sortir des automatismes et des jugements h\u00e2tifs,<\/li>\n<li>apprendre \u00e0 regarder autrement,<\/li>\n<li>chercher ce que l\u2019autre a dans la t\u00eate, dans le c\u0153ur, dans les tripes \u2014 et qui en plus pourrait nourrir l\u2019\u00e9quipe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C\u2019est une comp\u00e9tence, un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, une pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Et c\u2019est ainsi que, conscient de sa propre place, le manager peut reconna\u00eetre celle des autres.<br \/>\nPas symboliquement. Vraiment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un changement de paradigme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9marche, vous en conviendrez, est un peu plus exigeante que cocher une case sur un bulletin de paie ou commander quelques cadeaux sur un catalogue de No\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>Mais elle n\u2019est ni compliqu\u00e9e, ni inaccessible.<br \/>\nC\u2019est juste un changement de paradigme.<\/p>\n<p>Et soyons clairs :<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas une option manag\u00e9riale.<br \/>\nC\u2019est le seul moyen de construire des organisations robustes et durables, capables de tenir dans le temps en respectant les
